1. Beluga Water World allows admission when you have a ticket. Each ticket is valid only on the day of purchase for one person and becomes invalid upon amendment. All tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Reentering the World shall repurchase a ticket;
2. Please keep your ticket complete and clean. Avoid folding or drawing on your ticket and take good care of it;
3. Children of 1.2m -1.5m are allowed to purchase the coupon ticket and enter the World in the charge of adults. When using entertaining facilities, children shall be under full custody of adults. Those who are aged from 60 to 70 years old, disabled, handicapped, wounded warriors, and active duty soldiers are eligible for discounts by presenting valid documents. Those aged 70 years old or more are free to enter the World with ID cards. Pregnant women and those aged over 70 years old are forbidden to play in the Water Park;
4. All tickets are forbidden to be sold to a third person. Otherwise, staff of Crystal Palace Beluga has the right to confiscate the tickets.

Children who are 1.5 meters tall or less, juveniles over 1.5 meters in height, and the elderly of 60 years old or older shall be accompanied with full custody of adults. Please keep your kids and seniors in sight in case of dangers and allow their participation in entertainment depending on their physical conditions.  
Pregnant women and the elderly of 70 years old or older shall not participate in any entertainment project in the Water Park.

According to the national security laws and regulations and related regulations, the daily, weekly, monthly and annual inspection of the amusement equipment in the park may cause delays or suspension of operation of some amusement projects. For this reason, the park will not postpone tickets or refund tickets. Please refer to the park site announcement for more details.

In case of force majeure such as rain or heavy snow, this playground may temporarily change, delay or cancel some of the project operation and performance. The specific equipment opening situation shall be subject to the announcement in the park.

1. For the safety of visitors, tourists shall not bring roller shoes, skateboards, electric cars, children’s bicycles, bicycles, small trolleys or any transport equipment with rims (except strollers and wheelchairs) into the park. Flying kites is forbidden in the park; 
2. Tourists shall not bring pets, food, beverages, water inflatable riders larger than 100 cm in diameter such as floating rafts and surfboards, controlled items such as glassware and knives, and flammable and explosive articles, etc. into the park;
3. Some recreation facilities in the park have height and weight restrictions. Please refer to the notice in the park; tourists diagnosed with hypertension, heart disease, hepatitis, pregnant women, suppurative and exudative skin diseases (sputum), sexually transmitted diseases, dysentery, Typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, severe trachoma, acute conjunctivitis, otitis media, psychosis, epilepsy, poor physical condition after drinking, and disability with head, hand, back, waist and other organs shall not be admitted to Water Park. Otherwise, the loss of personal and property caused by the tourists shall be borne by the tourists themselves; 
4. In order to keep the water clean, Water Park invites swimwear and pool disinfection before entering the water area. Tourists wearing slippers and dresses that do not meet the requirements are not allowed to enter the water area;
5. Before attending the water recreation, tourists shall store their watch, glasses, jewelry, hair clips and other items properly to avoid loss, damage or personal safety and damage to the recreation facilities. Electronic equipment shall not be taken to the water zone. If it is lost or damaged, the park will not bear the responsibility; 
6.  In order to protect the sanitation of the park and the water area, tourists shall not bring food and drinks into the Water Park;
7.  Admission to the park is subject to all guidelines, rules, codes, notices, announcements, and instructions. 

1. The park advocates good manners. When waiting in line to participate in the project or watch the performance, please do not queue or make other dangerous behaviors. Every attendee must queue up. All projects are forbidden to queue up for multiple participants. When the project is about to stop running and the park is going to be closed, it is possible to terminate the project in advance or to enter the venue depending on the situation on the spot;
2. Please respect other tourists and service cast members of the park. Do not use indecent language or make any rude, dangerous or illegal acts;
3. Do not spit, littering, and make uncivilized behaviors such as smoking, eating, urinating, etc. in the waters;
4. Do not feed animals, touch the sea, crowd, or stand on the steps to watch performance; 
5. Do not line up the station on the equipment steps, or chase and fight on the steps. Please follow the instructions of the operators and play in the order of the queue;
6. Please take care of the recreation facilities, public facilities, landscape facilities, etc.;
7. Do not bring dangerous goods into the park; sell or display items, distribute leaflets or give speeches that would impede the operation of the park and related facilities. The park has the right to refuse entry or ask the person to leave the venue, and does not return the expense in the park; 
8. Do not place valuables or luggage out of sight or in strollers and lockers to prevent loss. 

Any form of commercial shooting is prohibited in the park. Do not bring professional photography, video equipment and shooting drones into the park. Shall any pictures or video materials that have been taken without the written authorization of the park be used for commercial or other profit-making activities, our company will reserve the right to pursue the lawsuit.
